JOE V2 comes with the adaptor, a pressurzied basket, and a stainless steel screen with attached gasket.  
The screen gasket combo seals tightly on both AeroPress and AeroPress GO.  It acts as a dispersion screen and unlike JOEPRESSO OG version it elimnates the need for extra pieces.
